Lewes FC can confirm the signing defender Peter Ojemen.
Ojemen joins the club having most recently played at Folkestone Invicta. The 23-year-old has plenty of Isthmian Premier League experience, having joined Corinthian-Casuals in 2021 and then Margate a year later.
He has since had stints at Dover and Dulwich Hamlet, before moving to Folkestone in the summer, where he made eight appearances.
Now the left-back, who can also play in the centre of defence, joins Craig Nelson’s set-up at Lewes.
“Peter is a dynamic centre-back who brings a wealth of experience and energy to our side,” says Pitts. “He’s settled in quickly, and we’re looking forward to seeing him in action over the coming weeks. His versatility will be key as we head into a busy run of fixtures.”
Ojemen comes straight into the team for today’s home clash with Billericay.
Departing are Malachi Morris and Izzy Jones with both joining Phoenix Sports to build up game time.
