Lewes FC Men are delighted to announce the signing of winger Lewis White on an initial 28-day-loan from Welling United.
Lewis, 24, comes to us with great pedigree, coming through the academy at Millwall, and has spent the last two seasons with Worthing and Welling United respectively.
He has caught the eye playing in the National League South with a number of dazzling performances and played a key role in Worthing’s charge for the playoffs.
Upon signing for the club, manager, Tony Russell, commented: “Lewis is someone we have tried to sign a few times, so we are delighted to have him in for a month.
“With Ryan Gondoh getting closer to a return to fitness, Lewis will bring us a great option in the top half of the pitch that we have missed in recent weeks.
“Lewis has excellent pace and an eye for goal, so I’m really looking forward to working with him. Thank you to Danny Bloor & Welling United for their help in making the deal happen.”
We can also announce that winger, Deshane Dalling has departed the club. We thanks Deshane for his effort here and wish him well for the future.
