We are pleased to announce the signing of centre-back, Arthur Penney, following his departure from Millwall this summer.
Penney, 20, is an exciting young defender who captained Millwall U21s and is a commanding figure at the back.
Arthur previously spent the 21/22 campaign on-loan at Welling United, making 19 appearances in the National League South, scoring one goal.
Arthur becomes the fourth summer signing for the Rooks as Tony Russell continues to bolster the squad ahead of the new season.
