Men's football news
Three new Rooks are available for selection for tonight’s game against Worthing, as Hugo Langton reshapes the Lewes squad.
The first new signing is a returning player, although his last appearance at the Pan was way back in 2011. Forward Gary Noel has spent the past nine years plying his trade in Austria and Germany, most recently playing for Rot-Weiss Koblenz in Germany. Gary’s European adventures have seen him play in the Europa League for St. Pölten, facing sides such as PSV Eindhoven! You can read more about the Mauritius international’s European travels here.
Gary will be joined in the forward line by another new signing, Aaron Cosgrave. The pacy forward is a product of the West Ham Academy and has played for Colchester United at Under-23 level. In the non-league game, he’s played for Havant & Waterlooville and Welling United, who have kindly agreed to let Aaron dual register with us.
The third new face at the Pan is Jardel Francis-Adeyinka. Jardel came through the youth ranks at QPR and has been playing in Sweden for Södertälje FK this season. The 20-year-old is an attacking midfielder who has been training with the squad this week, while we waited for his international clearance to come through.
We welcome all three to the club.
