A powerful central defender, Gayle began his career in the youth ranks at Dagenham & Redbridge and has since represented a number of clubs including Welling United, Wealdstone, and Eastbourne Borough. Best known for his three seasons at Folkestone Invicta, Ian brings Football League and National League pedigree to the Lewes backline.
