In November last year we developed and publicly shared a whole club strategy for the first time. We wanted to be as open and transparent as possible about what we are trying to achieve but also allow our ownership to hold us accountable to those goals.
Since then, we have achieved a lot, failed a lot, and learned a lot.
We also listened – to our owners, our fans, our community partners and our commercial partners. In May we launched a comprehensive fans’ survey for owners and fans in our local and global communities.
We have already shared these findings in our monthly townhalls and also at the AGM for our owners, but today we publish the Fans Survey findings, as well as a Review of our club strategy. The Review identifies how we did against our goals, and notes where we succeeded and where we fell short. It also identifies what actions we have taken to respond to the Fans Survey already ad what we plan to do. This is made available to anyone who would like to read it.
In the Review, we also outline how we will modify and tweak our strategy going forward. We always stated that our strategy is iterative, and it will continue to develop as we continue to learn. These modifications are composed of new stretch goals and modifications to our existing goals. We will publish the modified strategy shortly.
