The safety and enjoyment of supporters is our utmost concern.
We are aware of persistent aggressive behaviour from some of our Under-16 supporters, which has included throwing objects onto the pitch at players, abusive language towards away fans and threatening behaviour towards our stewards.
Despite repeated warnings that have been given over many months, we have not seen an improvement in behaviour.
Therefore, we will now require all under-16 supporters to be accompanied by a responsible adult. Our ‘Kids Go Free’ policy will remain in place.
Please note, that any person (U16 or otherwise) that is identified as being abusive, or threatening, will face a ban from the club premises.
