Lewes Player of the Season Rikki Banks has left the Dripping Pan to sign for Eastbourne Borough.

The 22 year old keeper, who was manager Steve Ibbitson's Player of the Year in the Rooks' Blue Square Premier season, will hope to feature in goal in the Premier again, with the Sports having survived a cliffhanger last day victory over Oxford United to remain in the division.

Banks, who Ibbitson described as the best keeper in Blue Square South last season, was a fan's favourite at the Pan and attracted attention from the Football League having had a trial for Wycombe Wanderers in the winter.

Everyone at the Dripping Pan wishes Rikki all the best for his future career.
