Kids go free - until the end of the season!
17/11/09
Lewes FC are pleased to announce that the recent "Kids Go Free" offer has been extended for the remainder of the season.
In response to fans' requests, the Management Committee decided to let kids under 14 in for free for the last two home games - the abandoned St Albans match and the win over Hampton & Richmond Borough - on a trial basis to see whether it improved attendances.
The result was an overwhelming success and the decision has been made to continue this right through to our last home game against Dorchester in April.
The next home game is a week on Saturday against Newport County, so what better game to bring your kids along to the Dripping Pan to cheer on the Rooks than the visit of Dean Holdsworth's league leaders?
With Eastleigh due just before Christmas and second-placed Dover Athletic the visitors on Boxing Day, Steve Ibbitson and his players would welcome a noisy home support so pop down and experience one of the last three league games of 2009.
