Lee's walk begins

Lee Cobb and sons Luke and Will left Winchester on Monday as they began their sponsored walk across the South Downs Way to raise money for Lewes FC.
By Wednesday, they had covered 37 miles although they were anxious to have a wash having walked in over 27 degrees heat. The trio are camping along the route and are nursing blisters, partly due to the weight of their gear which they are having to carry.
Lee aims to finish the walk early next week, and if you wish to sponsor him, please call him on 07736065668. Before he left, the amount pledged was nearly at £1000 so let's see if we can get into four figures, which would be a tremendous achievement.
