Lewes Ladies have made two further additions to their squad ahead of the new season.

Steph O’Reily joins the Rooks from Brighton & Hove Albion, and has played in the Women's Premier League having come through Brighton's Centre of Excellence.

Young prospect Rachel Dangerfield has been at Charlton's Centre of Excellence and enjoyed a couple of seasons with Bexhill. The striker has already made her mark for Lewes, scoring in the 2-1 pre-season friendly win over her old side Charlton earlier in the month.

Manager Jacquie Agnew said: "They will both be big assets for us this season. Steph has a sweet left foot and Rachel has lots of pace as well as an eye for goal.”

“We have a bit more depth than last season and I'm confident that these new players will play a significant part. I am hopeful of one more signing in the next couple of weeks which will total four so far for the new season.”
