Lewes FC are asking supporters to come down to the Dripping Pan and spruce it up ready for the new season.

On Sunday July 12th, from 10am - 12.30pm, everyone is invited to help make the Pan a better place. Whether you're a Handy Andy, or an Andy Warhol, the club is hoping that supporters will pop along and help out with jobs around the ground, for instance, painting the perimeter fencing, repainting the hazard markings on the Philcox steps, trimming the grass bank, litter-picking or just general tidying up.

There's lots to do and it's a great opportunity to improve the ground before the pre-season friendlies begin in less than two weeks.

Bring along paint, brushes, buckets, brooms, sponges, trimmers, clippers, rags, hammers, dusters, spanners - whatever you can lay your hands on. The more people who can spare a few hours, the better the Dripping Pan will start to look.

So please drop in on the 12th - liquid refreshments will be supplied by the club afterwards.
